Genuine Support & Effective Solutions for Expecting, New, & Busy Parents
Becoming a parent was not supposed to be this hard.
You had dreams of an easy pregnancy, a picture perfect birth, and a joyful postpartum experience. That’s not what happened, and now you’re struggling.
-
The grueling process of trying to conceive takes it’s toll when even hope can hurt.
The loss of a pregnancy, infant, or child can bring feelings of pain, grief, and isolation.
-
Birth trauma can result from unplanned C/sections, health issues, NICU stays, birth not going as planned or many other reasons. You CAN find peace and acceptance with your birth.
-
You considered yourself a reasonably put-together person before you started down the parenthood path. You were proud of your career, relationships, and life in general. You’ve handled adversity in the past. So now you might be wondering why this experience is impacting you so deeply.
Becoming a parent often stirs up pain from our own childhood and can impact how we respond to our own kids. Having a therapist to help you process these feelings can help.

The time encompassing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is considered the perinatal period. Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders affect as many as 1 in 5 moms and 1 in 10 dads. Symptoms like irritability, anger, guilt, tearfulness, difficulty leaving baby, trouble sleeping, etc., can be signs of a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder. I am trained in perinatal mental health and can help.
Hi, I’m Anne
I know how hard this is because I’ve been there.
As a mom of three, I experienced undiagnosed and untreated postpartum anxiety. My own experiences with pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and my partnership with my spouse are what inspired me to focus my therapy practice on parents. I want to provide the resources, tools, skills, and care to my clients that I wish I had as a first time mom.
Are you ready to reclaim your experience?
I specialize in helping new and hopeful parents overcome perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, process trauma, and move with purpose so that you can own your parenting journey. I use an individualized approach that helps you identify your strengths, learn new coping skills, and create lasting changes. I will help you feel less reactionary and stressed out.
Let’s Get to Work.
